I think one of my “favorite” things is when people misinterpret what it means to be aroace. Watching people so clearly not understand the complexity behind the spectrum of aromatic and asexuality and then proceed to say they “stand with” aroace as an ally is so hilarious to me. Especially when they use this to start bashing on a perfectly fine ship, especially because said ship gets in the way of theirs.

Aroace does not mean no attraction. The plastered poster face for it is people who don’t feel ANY types of attraction, but that does not mean everyone. Aromantic people can date and fall in love. Asexual people can fuck. Aroace people can do both.

Yes, aroace rep IS needed. But we still have it via Luffy—just because Luffy kisses someone (hypothetically) doesn’t mean we just yeeted the aroace label off of him. He is STILL aroace. You know who else is aroace? Bon Clay, for one. Zoro as well. Yet I don’t see people screaming that shipping Zoro with someone completely erases the aroace label, now do I?

Related to my various rambles of “I need to do a proper getter essay or just a video essay in general but haven’t” I actually do have one essay still setting in my docs that wasn’t scrapped and I finished which I could make into a video ignoring the basic problems in my way like I do not have a proper mic, I know how to edit yet it’s still going to take a lot of time which I’m busy rn and copyright sucks ass-seriously how do people get around it?-but I’m hesitant against doing it as my first essay because the topic is like- comparing michiru and genki to mitsuko and masaru and while they are similar I think on reflection this was me trying to hard to compare two things I like just to complain about a issue that is exclusive to getter which is how michiru and genki are handled which like- could be its own separate video being fucking honest.

Finally made Lilith's mother, Amara Whitestrike. Yes she is blind, though she can see just not in the traditional sense. Sees souls more so then she does any sort of physical form. She met Sanguinius when he was moulting and rolling in the sand on Baal Secundus, where she had to try and stop herself from laughing at the sight of him. Gotta draw her eventually, this is just a mock up so I know what she generally looks like without falling into same face syndrome. Also she wears earrings made from Sanguinius' fallen feathers that he made for her :3

Thought it'd be cute since I have these two as having a very silly and cute relationship; it helps that she understands him and is pretty much the main thing that is convincing him he's not actually a demon. She tells him his soul would be far more twisted then it is. He doesn't ask how she knows this, but knows it's probably due to how she 'sees' the world. Apparently it's quite colourful, was able to see the Emperor despite his illusion when he came to Baal due to said sight. Of course by this time Lilith was also born, due to the fact she and Sanguinius knew each other long before the Emperor came along. Has very good hearing and a very good sense of smell. It was well known that she could hear a raven guard trying to silently pass her by. Apparently Astartes also have a very strong smell to them-
